Established in 2021, buds budding is an LA based floral studio owned and operated by rebecca engelhardt + buds.

While studying film scoring and vocal performance at Berklee College of Music, Rebecca took a part time job at a small flower shop in Boston, ma and was immediately hooked on floristry. She describes those first years training under fleetwood floral's molly burke as “the beginning of a full-blown love affair with all things budding”.

By 2020 Rebecca had spent a handful of years dipping in and out of the floral industry; in the midst of releasing original music under the pseudonym Fuscia and working for Warner Chappell Music, the pandemic hit and the world of flowers called her back. 

buds budding previously collaborated with Sightglass coffee and erewhon, building out weekly floral programs retailing everyday bouquets and floral accessories. currently, buds budding has expanded to offer wedding and special event services, pop up bouquet bars, and collaborates regularly with brands to create memorable floral experiences.
